Thank you for your interest in attending and/or presenting at this year’s Hawaiʻi-Pacific Evaluation Conference 2025. The applications for Student Scholarship and fee waiver for Financial Hardship are now open. Scholarships and fee waivers are for the conference registration fee only (i.e., post-conference workshop fees are not included).

Eligibility requirements:

• Student Scholarship: full-time graduate or undergraduate student at an accredited higher education institution.
• Financial Hardship Fee Waiver: certify that your financial hardship would prevent you from attending the conference.

Please note that all awardees will volunteer at the conference, in-person at the Koʻolau Ballrooms and Conference Center on Oʻahu. Volunteer opportunities include serving at the registration table, serving as a room moderator, and providing technology support.

Deadline: Friday, August 21, 2026 11:59 pm HST

Notification: Awards will be made on a rolling basis but no later than September 4, 2026. If awarded, you will receive a fee waiver code to use when you register for the conference.
