Join us for the 11th Annual H-PEA Conference and Pre-conference workshops on September 21 and 22, 2017, Ko'olau Ballrooms in Kane'ohe, Hawai'i.
This year's conference on Friday, September 22, will feature Michael Quinn Patton as the keynote speaker along with demonstrations, round tables, paper presentations, symposiums, and a poster session. A continental breakfast, buffet lunch, and ice-cream social provide time for networking and re-connecting with fellow evaluators in the Pacific region.
Pre-conference workshops on Thursday provide hands-on evaluation training!
Conference Registration Rates:
Early Bird Registration $130.00 Until September 1st!
Regular Registration $155.00
Early Bird Full-time Student $50.00 Until September 1st!
Regular Full-time Student $75.00
One 3-hour (half-day) Workshop $70.00
Two 3-hour (full-day) Workshops $120.00
Important Dates:
- Sept. 1st (5pm HST): Early-bird registration deadline
- Sept. 1st (5pm HST): Last day to get 100% refund on registration
- Sept. 16th (5pm HST): Last day to get 50% refund on registration; no refunds past this date
- Workshops: Thursday, Sept. 21, 2017, 9:00am-4:00pm
- Conference: Friday, Sept. 22, 2017, 8:00am-4:00pm

Conference attendees will have the opportunity to evaluate and score posters that will be on display throughout the day.
